1. Scope

This policy covers the public website, the public demo, and release downloads for NexaPanel by WPressly. Software you self-host processes your data on your own servers, under your control.

2. What we collect

Emails you choose to send us, and basic operational logs (such as web-server access logs) needed to run a secure service. The website ships no third-party analytics or tracking by default. The public demo contains fake, seeded data and resets automatically — please don't enter real personal data there.

3. How we use it

To respond to you, operate and secure the Service, and improve the product.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service, or where legally required.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence and logs only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your choices

Email hello@nexapanel.io to access, correct, or delete your data.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no system is perfectly secure, especially pre-release software.
