Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing NexaPanel (the "Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is pre-release software provided for evaluation during a private alpha.

2. Alpha software

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the Service may be unavailable at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to perform destructive or denial-of-service actions. You are responsible for content you deploy.

4. No SLA

No uptime, performance, or support service-level agreement applies during the alpha.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPressly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from alpha use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. For alpha-specific terms see the Alpha Terms.
