Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using NexaPanel software, the public demo, or this website (together the "Service") you agree to these terms. NexaPanel is pre-release software provided during a public beta.

2. Beta software

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be withdrawn between releases, and hosted surfaces (website, demo, downloads) may be unavailable at any time.

3. Self-hosted use

NexaPanel installs on servers you control. You are responsible for your servers, your data, your backups, and the content you deploy. License enforcement is off by default and licensing checks do not disable your server.

4. Public demo

The demo environment contains fake, seeded data and resets automatically. Do not upload real personal data, run unlawful content, attempt to access other sessions' data, or perform destructive or denial-of-service actions against it. Demo data may be deleted at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to perform destructive or denial-of-service actions.

6. No SLA / no payment

No uptime, performance, or support service-level agreement applies during the beta, and no payment is collected — paid plans are not yet available.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPressly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from beta use.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
